Requests and options
A pending CabinJoin trip request may be withdrawn before organiser approval. A supplier option follows the displayed expiry and can end without a booking if the supplier does not confirm it.
After confirmation or payment
The named seller’s displayed cancellation schedule controls the travel service, subject to mandatory law. CabinJoin does not replace it with a generic no-refund rule. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; provider and banking processing times may apply.
Withdrawal rights
EU law can exclude the general 14-day withdrawal right for accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering or leisure services provided on a specific date or period. CabinJoin applies an exception only when the particular service legally qualifies and discloses it before commitment. This does not remove cancellation, non-performance or statutory remedy rights.
