CabinJoin’s role
YAS sp. z o.o. provides search, request, account, communication and supported payment technology. CabinJoin does not create, organise, skipper or operate the sailing service shown in a listing. The named professional organiser, owner/operator or cruise company performs that service and remains responsible for its description, legality, safety, changes and performance.
CabinJoin remains responsible for its own platform service, data processing, payment instructions it issues and mandatory marketplace duties. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How a contract is formed
A request, waitlist entry or supplier option is not a paid order and carries no payment obligation. A binding service contract arises only at the event identified in the transaction summary and seller terms. The seller, total price, currency, mandatory charges and cancellation policy must be displayed before payment.
Professional sellers
Paid public trip places are offered only by verified professional organisers. Direct charters require a verified owner/operator. Supplier records remain request inventory until the responsible company confirms availability and final terms.
