Trust and verification
Verifying our marketplace: what we check and what requires confirmation
An overview of how we verify owner profiles, supplier records, organisers, and reviews to maintain a reliable community.
Owner and operator listings
Yachts listed directly by owners undergo an evidence review of both the owner profile and the vessel itself before receiving verified status. While this badge confirms our completed platform checks, it remains a record of verification rather than a promise of weather, route, crew compatibility, future availability, or supplier performance.
Supplier catalogue records
Imported supplier listings confirm the integrity of the source record rather than live, real-time availability. For whole-yacht charters, the stored catalogue price serves as an indication; the final dates, pricing, charter conditions, and authorised payment routes always require direct confirmation from the supplier.
Organisers and reviews
Organiser profiles require a thorough evidence review before achieving verified status on the platform. To preserve the authenticity of our community's feedback, reviews can only be submitted by participants with a confirmed booking after their voyage is complete, and every submission undergoes moderation.
